In a nutshell, it's a place where you feel among family and friends. You would feel that you know these people for a long time.
Extremely nice management team: Ahmed, Raed, Abu saif, and of course Sameeh.
All the staff ate awesome and easy going.
Simple, and all in all, you get more than what you have paid for.
Special thanks for abu Mohammed the egyptian man, who is abu imtan favorites.

The room was ok , but it was cold and damp. I know they were recovering from recent flooding. The staff were helpful and friendly, trying their best to get us to a warm place. But the experience was more rustic than we expected.

The room is more like a one bedroom apartment with a sitting area, kitchen, a separate bedroom with an ensuite and another main bathroom! So there is plenty of space. Excellent views from the balcony. We ate at the restaurant and the meal was also very good. Overall a fine stay.

If you are looking for a hotel that is part of the local community, this is the place for you. It is near shopping, but not to close. It is located in a neighborhood so you will definitely get that feeling. Not sure if all the room is the same size as the one I got, but it was cozy and had everything you need to have an enjoyable homie feel.
I love staying here and will recommend to my family and friends that want to come to visit at an affordable price. I will stay here again in the future!
