Room smelt like some one had been smoking, the double bed was smallest double bed I have ever seen nut tire so just accept as poor and went to bed but was abruptly woken up at 7 am with but builders unloading scaffolding then putting it up with clattering scaffolding poles noises power impact drills and the scaffolder noise talk and shouting and singing directly outside my bedroom window! When to reception asked to speak to manager told no manager on duty just receptionist who handed me a peace of paper that had an address to write to if I wanted to make a complaint. Disgusting service total disregard for hotel customers service received "

"Multiple faults located in my room which photographic evidence has been obtained cleaning should have been much better than what I found the room in I had to be moved into another room on another level there was constant knocking and banging from fellow neighbours totally disgusting and disgraceful I will not be booking with you again "

"I had a twin room which was spacious and clean with a large sized TV. Minor downsides were not all the USB sockets worked, the air-conditioning was on the noisy side but didn't stop me sleeping and some stains on the carpet and a chair make it look dirty but it was in fact very clean."
