Many of the stuff looked very clumsy and their uniform looked like they had slept in their work clothes. I was there for 3 nights. I mentioned that the aircon wasn't working, they said that the maintenance will be coming around next day but it never happened for all 3 days. I guess that's how they avoid hotel guests using the aircon. But for the amount I paid, I would have appreciated to be able to use the full amenities."
