"The receptionists were friendly and helpful, checking us in and out with no fuss. Helped us with directions etc The hotel is in a great location, close to the shops and restaurants. Everything is within walking distance. The bed was comfortable, the tea and coffee making facilities were great. There was a fridge and microwave but we never used these. Molton Brown products in the bathroom. Shower over the bath. Everything was clean to a very good standard. I have stayed here twice now and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. We were given a 20% discount on the Q Parking, only 5 minutes walk away."
