"We really enjoyed our stay. It was refreshing staying in an independently run hotel as we often stay at chain hotels. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming- nothing was too much trouble. The room was nice and the breakfast was really good. The pool and spa facilities were a really nice feature. The only niggle was that there was no air conditioning in the room. It was so warm, despite having a desk top fan, that we found it difficult to sleep. Overall, a great hotel at a reasonable price."

"Beautiful property right next to Lime Street station. The rooms are spacious, modern and comfortable. We had amazing views. Great bathroom and Nespresso coffee machine. Had lunch in the restaurant, very good. Everything is walkable. Public parking across the street 6 pounds a day."

"Always a great experience here. Regularly stay here for work and the location is quiet, which is great after a long day. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable and the amenities available are great. Bar prices are higher than I’d expect for being in the North, but the quality and selection available is great. The swimming pool is quite small, but serves a purpose and has a hot tub which is a bonus. "
