"Overall it’s a great place to stay and a perfect location, close walk to the water and Liverpool One. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. My criticism is that it really came with nothing stocked, ex: they gave us 1 single dish towel and no paper towels or anything else. Extremely bare bones which I didn’t realize when I was booking. Just be prepared to buy all the amenities you need aside from coffee and tea. Would stay again, location makes up for it all"

Location was ideal as close to city centre without the noise of the city centre, close to shops and easily accessible by taxi or buses. the apartment was spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of 6 and the ensuite bathroom in each room was an added bonus. Overall we rate it highly and would return if possible."

"Great location. Clean and tidy property, comfy beds, but a little bit tired in places - door edges on the floor a bit rough. There was a drain smell in the main bathroom. But an absolutely ideal property for a family stay in Liverpool as so close to the metro. Thank you we will return I’m sure."

The booking was a 4pm check in, but did not send us any details until 6:30pm, so we were stranded until then, with no contacts details provided for the owners. The tap was broken and the drain was jammed, meaning we couldn’t use it and it kept the waste in the sink the whole weekend! The bed was not level, leaning to the side which caused a bad nights sleep. There were also several bags of rubbish that we had to walk through to...
