Quiet location. There is a bus stop right outside the premises and is within walking distance of a retail outlet. Helpful staff."

"The decor was lovely, we stayed in an old victorian house converted to rooms, imaculate. The Mecure msin hotel was about a minute away and we hsd breakfast in the patio garden. Beautifully kept and breakfadt was lovely. Mashed advocado with tomato and poached eggs. Service was excellent, when we booked in a member of staff walked us around the corner to the beautiful house we were staying in, which was lovely, fantadtic stainred glass door and the inside did not disapoint."

"Exceeded my expectations, very good central location for Southsea and easy walk into Portsmouth. Off road Parking is worth the extra as nearby streets are narrow for on road parking. The Staff are all great, the spacious room with comfortable bed and excellent breakfast - what more one ask for. We will return in spring to meet up with friends again. "

"Great location, just by the seafront in Southsea. Very close to the eclectic Southsea centre with it's many restaurants & bars. A great place to stay to explore the wider area. Right on the bus route as well so very easy access to Gunwharf Quay & the old naval museum with the Mary Rose, which is a must visit if you haven't done it already. If you do stay at the hotel there was a 20% naval museum discount for us curtesy of the Queens hotel."
