"Loved this hotel. Warm welcome on arrival, nice location, beautiful room. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was a nice surprise too. The reception staff were lovely. Had a slight problem with the billing but when I called them they refunded the extra charge quickly and efficiently. Overall a lovely place to stay in Dundee."

The room itself was very comfortable and clean. The hotel itself was a short walk from the centre of Dundee and a wide variety of food choice as well as supermarkets."
