Novotel Liverpool Centre
10/10 Excellent
"Room clean and fresh only problem we found for family of 4 in family room, the sofa bed is tiny my kids was abit squished but it was only for 1 night! Not sure if air con worked we didn’t look if there was any as we was comfortable with temperature in room as it was. We used the pool lovely and refreshing 👍 showers, sauna and gym are available too but we didn’t use those. Breakfast was good very clean and food topped up all the time would definately stay again"

"The Health Club Pool and Steam Room etc were amazing. Check in staff were lovely. Breakfast was nice but nothing fancy, similar to a Travelodge. Room had quite of lot of cobwebs, crumbs on seats and dusty. Red mildew on bottom of shower curtain. Lots of flies in the room when we arrived and spiders/cobwebs throughout hallways."

"Beautiful modern hotel in the heart of Liverpool. The free pastries and hot beverages were a nice little touch. The rooms were quite large and the beds were comfortable."

"Great hotel and staff. Just a little issue with the shower in the morning as the water would not drain leaving a pool of water. Otherwise superb."

"An absolutely stunning room with every comfort - one of the best hotels I have stayed in. It was conveniently located for my work event at the Albert Dock but it is a bit further out from the city centre."

"Could have had better mattress on bed as was a little uncomfortable I am sure they were better the last time I stayed here When checking out asked if stay was ok When I went to reply about mattress The conversation went to all done you checked out and that was that Shame really as visit before the girls on reception could have not been more helpful"

"The carpark was very busy over the weekend and, after a long day out, we were forced to park as far away from the hotel as was possible. Weddings and the attraction of the spa probably accounted for this. The food was more than average except for the breakfast which was excellent. The staff, to my knowledge without exception, were very welcoming and noticeably hard working. The room was slightly more spacious than average with spotless facilities and a comfy bed (single). So, for the most part this was a great place to say for four nights. However, if you're averse to dogs, despite those we encountered being well behaved and quiet, this wouldn't be the best place for you."
