Smart Guesthouse was a great place to stay on our visit to Rome. Conveniently located near train station and Metro. Decent walking distance to many landmarks. Room was clean and perfect for my daughter and I. Host was super helpful and accommodating.

All ok ok. Weird alarm on both nights- rooms are not soundproof. Room needed a rug- just too bare. Breakfast was good. It's not the most lively place. I did like that they had a kettle in the room. That was probably the nicest thing for me.

We had a great stay. The hotel services were excellent, the hotel is clean and organized. The pool was also great and and there is a beautiful view of the dead sea from the room.

We were disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The rooms have no balconies, and there was constant noise from air-conditioning units in the area, which made it difficult to relax.
