"The hotel itself is in a great location and it has everything you need it’s clean and the staff are nice. However I will say it’s pretty basic inside, and I didn’t think the no window would bother me but I did a little. However I knew it was a windowless room when I booked. The beds are uncomfortable and you have to pay for extras you’d typically get for free in other hotels. For example I had a late train home and they charge you £15 per item to use the luggage room. Usually I wouldn’t bother but it was the hottest day of the year and didn’t want to carry my bags round London for the day until I had my train home However overall for the price you pay for the middle of London it has all you need really being a bed to sleep in and a place to shower although very basic inside."

"Staff were lovely and friendly. Breakfast buffet was nice and accommodated my request for vegetarian sausages. The bathroom had some loose tiles around the bath and there was a faint smell in the room which I couldn’t decide if it was supposed to be an air freshener or not. We were upgraded as they had a spare room and we had a lovely view of the gardens."

"Bring a portable fan. We knew there wasn't air conditioning, but there was no air flow and the windows barely opened. The lifts are also slow and small. Otherwise than that, it was a great stay. Very good breakfast, quick service, staff were I credibly helpful and available. I left glasses behind d and they mailed them to me. Very pleased with their service and my experience."

"Ideal location to stay in central London with ease of getting to anywhere you need to be. The hotel staff and super friendly and attentive. We were greeted with a ice pop when we arrived as it was so warm. It was really thoughtful and refreshing. The hotel smells nice,amenities looked after and lots of good service. At checkout the porter saw us waiting with bags and approached us to see if we needed help, we did as we were waiting in the queue to ask if we could stow our bags for a few hours. Really great hotel, the only minor thing we found was that the pillows were too hard, but that is on us and our taste and wpuld not put us off staying again in the future 😀"

"The hotel is solid, well-located and a bit ordinary. Breakfast is a bit meh. BUT - we were travelling with a wheelchair and the place is wonderfully accessible and the hotel staff super helpful. The accessible room was excellent. As some reviewers have noted, a large powerchair might have trouble with the elevator, but even so i think you could make it ;) we had a small powerchair and it was no trouble. All in all a lovely stay - if I were alone I'd still probably pick a quirkier hotel, but for an accessible option 10/10."
