"We were met with a friendly staff member who gave us advice on how to navigate around the roadworks as it had taken us a while to find a way in due to road closures. The room was lovely, very clean, good amenities, nice big shower and comfy beds and pillows. We had a drink and food in the bar area which had a really nice atmosphere and the breakfast in the morning was well organised and very enjoyable. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it. It was good value for money and we were able to leave our car in the car park whilst we visited the university. A lovely experience. "

"Great Hotel in general so I’ve given full marks, however considering there’s no air-conditioning and just a fan they should provide bottles of still water for free especially at £160 per night for the cheapest room."

"Stopped here previously with our doggy. This was a solo trip everything was good for me. Left something in the room called next day and they had it in lost property which got collected by my daughter that day. Service excellence "
