"Pros: A compact clean upper room. Comfortable bed. Coffee/espresso and tea makers. Good sized bathroom. Close access to pub/ restaurant. Easy parking. Cons: Low sloped ceiling caused lots of head bumping incidents. The nice shower was unusable due to I defective water temperature control. Water temperature too hot. Despite the roomy bathroom, the sink was really small with a fixed faucet jutting out over the bowl....

"The leonardo is a beautiful hotel, in my opinion the only thing that lets the hotel down is the cleanliness of the swimming pool area, no footwear is aloud which is understandable but the floors could be cleaned on a regular basis. "

"The reception staff were great. Room was huge with 2 king size beds. Some of the furniture didn’t match, black table on one side of the room & wood everywhere else? The floor tiles in the bathroom were uneven with some grout missing and the bathroom door was sticking on the floor. We loved the idea that if you stayed 2 nights or more and did not request your room to be made up you received a £5 voucher to spend at the bar, brilliant idea. Bar area had some nice areas but quite dim in others....

"Stayed for 2 nights with my family over the BH weekend. Our rooms were spacious and very clean. Noted a very big tv screen which is always appreciated. We very much enjoyed the big showers and the fluffy towels. The bed was super kind size and very comfortable for a good night rest. The breakfast was perfect with plenty of choice. The lounge area is amazing and clean. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Considering it's a new hotel, I can only hope they can keep up with the current...
