"The mirror was smeary and the glasses weren’t cleaned properly still had marks on. We didn’t get the caravan we were expecting on the ad. Was meant to have a 3 bedroomed caravan and ended up with 2. Needed it for 3 kids and a mum plus me and partner. Didn’t get communication until the day before we left. I had to find out throu social media platform as I needed a caravan for 4 dogs. Had to book another for my mother in law so dogs could go in."

"Nice big bed for a double room, easy to facilitate our night stay and we made use of the sauna and steam room. the breakfast buffet was surprisingly good compared to other hotel buffets ive had, it was very fresh even when eating a couple hours after open. The exterior made it seem a bit dingy but i thought the hotel was of a very decent standard and we enjoyed our stay!"
