"The room booked was a deluxe suite away from the main hotel. On arrival, the receptionist struggled to find our booking but after showing the email confirmation, an arrival form was located under an incorrect spelling of our surname. The suite was spacious, well appointed and tastefully decorated. The staff in the dining room were helpful but a little slow in bringing drinks to the table. The evening meal was well cooked and presented. The breakfast was buffet style with an excellent selection...
