"The property was spotless and had everything we needed for our short break. Communication with Scott was excellent. Perfect location for us as very local to family that we were visiting. I’m sure we’ll be back to stay here again for future visits."

"The house is large, well laid out and proportioned, with 5 bedrooms, 3 ensuite and one family bathroom, separate downstairs toilet, in a great location with a good number of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Easy on street parking. Kitchen is huge and we mainly gathered there. A touch too windy to enjoy the garden but did use the outdoor table tennis table. There were some teething issues but the host responded quickly and well. However I have to agree with previous feedback:...

"This was a very spacious house, perfect for our group of 9. Everything was very clean and organised, and we were so grateful for the use of a full kitchen. This property also has excellent parking and a lovely garden. The owner was very helpful and friendly in our messages."

"My family and I stayed for 1 night as we were going to a gig at the NEC. This house was exactly what we were looking for. The location was really convenient, as the NEC was a 5 minute cab ride away. There's also a coop a short walk away which was useful. The house was also pleasant, clean and well presented. Nice big shower! There were also towels and a few groceries provided. The only nitpick I'd have was that hand soap wasn't provided in the bathroom."

"Do not book this property! It is dirty, unkempt and had no power in the kitchen and the fridge/freezers were defrosting with old food inside."

"Owners communication was great. Their instructions were clear and made entry a breeze. House was clean and was a fantastic alternative to being couped up in a hotel. House is directly below the flightpath to Birmingham airport, so their is a fair bit of boise from 6am till about 11pm. Its not awful, but just be aware of it if you would be bothered by that. "

"This is a very nice property, spacious and convenient. Not very far from the city centre and the supermarkets nearby. We enjoyed the stay for 3 nights, ideal for family/friends get together."
