Dont book breakfast with stay

"Really disappointed in breakfast. I paid for breakfast was extra £10 a night, woke up to a bag outside my door with fruit pot, pastry and small OJ. Cancelled breakfast for 3rd and 4th night and picked something up on way. Apart from that, place is ok."…"

Leisure facilities were lovely, apart from the cushions on the seats were dirty/mouldy. We unfortunately had noisy people in our corridor, I feel the hotel really should stress to people about having more respect for other guests.

Nothing much to do local to the hotel, we went to the zoo, which was just ok, not many animals to see 

I chose Jury’s Inn because we like a contemporary hotel. It was everything we wanted and more. But it was the staff that blow us away... with their “nothing was too much trouble” attitude, But means so much. We would definitely recommend!
