10/10 Excellent

"The staff, the amenities and the hotel as a whole are amazing. Food options are so-so but the location makes up for it."

Mercer Hotel Downtown, BW Premier Collection

"Enjoyed our stay so much that we will be back"

Crowne Plaza Kitchener-Waterloo by IHG

10/10 Excellent

"Everything was top notch for our stay. The night manager was great on arrival. The refreshing drink in the lobby was appreciated. The room was super clean and everything was found as described. The pool was superb. Perfect temperature. The nutritious breakfast was the best I’ve had in a hotel and varied day to day. Carol was very friendly and efficient. There was lots of room in the parking lot with wide aisles for easy maneuvering of vehicles. All the staff from managers to housekeeping were helpful and friendly. A memorable stay! Thank you!"

Bentley's Inn

10/10 Excellent

"Overall, I really enjoyed our stay at Bentley's. Location is perfect. It's downtown, there is free parking out back, and the restaurant and bar is great. The people at the desk also work the bar, and they're very friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms have deadbolts, not cards, so you get a key to your room. The room we had was absolutely pristine--no dust, carpet stains, bad smells, or anything else, nicely decorated and equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishes, silverware and glasses, coffee and tea, plus dish soap and cloths to wash up. The TV has plenty of channels, both Canadian and US, and wifi is available. There are plenty of places to hang up things or put them in a dresser. Our room had lots of space, with two extra twin beds upstairs, so a family or group of 4 would not be crowded, except for one toilet. A couple of drawbacks about the room. Our room had no windows. There is a skylight that keeps the room light during the day, but there is also no way to block incoming light at night, and the skylight is partially above the bed. Bring an eye mask if night light bothers you. I forgot mine. Also, if you don't do well with stairs, the rooms at Bentley's may not suit you, as they are all upstairs, above the bar and restaurant, and there is no elevator. Also, our room had only an upstairs bathroom, which was also a challenge, especially at night. The bathroom has a nice, new shower and plenty of hot water, as well as shampoo, conditioner and soap, however."

"Location to the downtown core, which is so convenient to restaurants and shops. Clean, comfortable room. Fun decor. One hallway to a good little Cafe and another to a pub. Love staying there. Frankly you could park your car and wander everywhere."

The Walper Hotel, part of JdV by Hyatt

10/10 Excellent

"Everything was so clean and smelt so clean and fresh, The bathroom was small and the parking situation is really not ideal, but overall it was honestly such a good stay, I would 100% come back."

The Parlour Inn, an Ascend Collection Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Wonderful location. The property was very well maintained. Excellent value. I most definitely will be staying here again."
