"Clean room. Bed extremely uncomfortable and left with a bad back. Couldn’t have done another night. That’s apart from the very loud and late karaoke evening that was being held in the room next door (320) that kept everyone awake. Unusual pillows that don’t support at all and just collapsed! Asked for extra pillows but made no difference. Shower was too low for me. This makes washing your hair awkward when you’re bending forward to wash it rather than backwards like usual. It’s ok for me with short hair but my wife has long hair and she found this annoying. No sockets by the bed to change your phone. The people in charge should spend some time actually staying in their rooms to experience this for themselves. I wouldn’t have said anything but I kept being asked to feedback! "

"Lovely accommodation 5 minutes walk to the train station and buses. I stay one night at the hotel. The hotel bedroom is well present with most amenities, I would expect to see in similar accommodation. The staff gave clear instructions and advice. Excellent supportive life style. "

"Great value and 5 minutes walk to carpark. Roof sky bar on 25th floor is very good with fantastic views !!!!!! When it’s open!!!!! Came back from a show at the Hippodrome Theatre (15 minutes away) and the bar was closed, this was 11pm on a Thursday evening. Not happy and nowhere else to go locally."
