"Modern B&B in a history house. The room was large enough with a comfy bed, modern bathroom/shower, and a mini fridge available. Reasonable walking distance to the restaurants, waterfront in Torquay. "

"I stay away 3/4 times a month with work and had I not been dining with suppliers locally would probably have missed this gem. They moved breakfast forward 20 minutes to allow for an early departure for me and what a breakfast! The fresh fruit, eggs benedict and the banana/strawberry smoothie were all 10/10 whilst I had a superb view over the harbour. "Going on holiday but feeling at home. Greeted with such a warm welcome from lisa lots of smiles. The room was so beautiul, massive bed and super comfortable. The room was very clean and well presented. Bathroom had big shower and again very well presented with complimentary body wash and shampoo. Breakfast was very nice, service quick and friendly. Maybe an option of veggie breakfast would be only minor thing to add but was very well looked after with options. "

"Sonachon house is now under new owners Leanne and Aaron. They were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with full English, cereals, toast, and yoghurt on offer. They also provide some towels for the beach as well as free loan of bucket and spades.There is a spacious communal lounge which was really nice to relax in over a cup of coffee. Rooms were clean and nice ensuite shower room. Aaron tells me that he is planning to offer fishing trips next year for guests. A most enjoyable...
