Our room was fantastic with a view of the mill from bedroom window, bathroom was great for me being disabled, being able to walk in to a wet room was a huge bonus, not available at most hotels."

"Cooked breakfast super, service poor. Room decor dated. Key card did not work for my room and phone did not work so could not contact reception. Repeatedly told someone would check it but no one did. Hotel was sold out so they were busy. Comfortable beds but rooms not soundproofed. Hotel across the road from Cineworld and retail park very handy. "

"We had a very enjoyable stay with the Hampton by Hilton Liverpool/John Lennon Airport. We had booked 2 nights stay to attend the Grand National at Aintree. The room was good, and everything was well catered for, tea and coffee, an abundance of Shower gel, shampoo, and lovely body lotion. We could not fault the Hotel at all, the staff were exceptionally helpful and very pleasant, and could not do enough. There were unfortunately an issue with the keys to the room - they were not working properly (these things happen) and each time we were accompanied to our room with no issue at all. We had breakfast and evening meal and the food was delicious each time. Exceptionally good was the parking and we could park our car literally outside the front entrance of the hotel. Will definitely return next year. "
