"Location.. excellent city centre. Great views from our room on floor 6. Facilities.. kitchen is well supplied, although the saucepan in our apartment was very old and stained. No washing powder provided for washing machine, but tablets available for the dishwasher. Cleanliness..ok but could have been better. Fridge needed a good antibac wipe and table was dirty with previous drink stain. Knives needed a very good clean. Shower was very clean however. Heating..we never managed to work out how to make it work so were a little chilly, some instructions would be helpful as it wasn't a simple temp up/down. Carbon monoxide monitor..we couldn't see one, does it have one? Beds..main bed very comfy and huge. Pull out sofa bed less comfy and sinks in the middle. Check in..we arrived an hour before normal check in and were happy to wait. There is a £20 charge for early check in. You can sign up to their web page and then the £20 fee is removed. Staff..all very friendly. Good communication before arrival. Thankyou to the thoughtful person who left my daughter a box of chocolates in our room for her birthday. A thoughtful touch."

"Fantastic room with very good facilities , only gripe was air conditioning made a very strange noise which was not pleasant for sleep. Hotel in fantastic location for night life but no noise concerns and the staff so friendly and willing to help. We will return"

"We got to the hotel early but the room was ready for us. Our evening meal was excellent with a good gf menu. Parking is off site but only a couple of minutes away and cheaper than the local car park."
