"Staff, food and the SPA was amazing BUT the noise from a function room right below our room spoilt all. Did not stop until 1am a constant thump of music, we were there for a relaxing weekend but couldn’t sleep at all until after 1am. When we told the receptionist they were not concerned with no apology. Seemed it was us wrong for not joining the party. "

"Beautiful hotel, clean, spacious rooms, good service fron reception and a yummy chocolate cookie on arrival! Food is expensive and not much of a variety so decided to eat out. Spa was very relaxing with a pool, outdoor/indoor jacuzzi, stream rooms, sauna and aroma room. Plenty of beds available around 4pm but became busier after 5. Overall had a lovely time and we look forward to our next stay!"

He kindly arranged a taxi for us later and was courteous, helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Also Peter who was cleaning the tables in the bar. A nice friendly interesting gentleman."
