The hotel was very clean. Staff are very friendly. Good value for money considering the Premier Inn down the road was almost 40% more and isn’t any better. Shower worked well, bed was comfy. And it’s close to Southgate station and lots of shops and restaurants close by. My only criticism was that the pillows were a bit too big for me, but that’s a personal preference. Overall, would definitely stay here again.

I wasn't sure about booking this hotel, as I'd never heard of it. However it was amazing. It is small but that actually adds to the experience. We usually prefer larger hotels but this was truly 5*. We were so pleasantly surprised by how great this hotel was. The atmosphere is great, the rooms are lovely, and the staff were super nice, particularly Qasim on the check-in desk who instantly gave a great impression of the hotel and its staff. Although I have stayed at 5 star hotels on several occasions, I was amazed by the standard of service of this hotel. Friendly & warm welcome - first class service - very clean throughout, comfortable beds and quiet for such a central Mayfair position.

Valet and doorman greeted us with a smile and remembered our name each time we left and returned! Wait staff in the dining rooms were so friendly and very attentive. Beautifully decorated for Christmas!

This hotel is beautiful. The staff are really great and where do kind to us. Only feedback is that the pool is not really a pool. The spa is stunning but small so feels very busy. Would 100% stay again.
