Very conveniently located just outside the airport are in a nice peaceful neighbourhood. Hotel was great and the food was also good.

It's a good and simple place to stay if you are looking to stay around the IFEMA. You can call a taxi which will take you to the IFEMA in 5-10 minutes. It is also 5-10 minutes taxi to the Atletico Madrid's stadium if you are looking to catch a game. Around the hotel there are convenient stores, some small diners, a Burger King, and a super market which is 5 minutes walk away. The subway station is also 5 minutes walk away which will take you to Gran Via in around 20-30 minutes.

The hotel and it’s location was great. But Expedia were very unhelpful in changing the booking duration - their systems did not support this. So the only negative was with Expedia

Family and visitor hotel, always busy, food good, staff excellent they all try out their English on us. Last night a coach of Japanese visitors plus a coach of Spanish pensioners all catered for, recently had an upgrade to the reception and cafeteria area, all areas spotless.

Good hotel in a great location. From check in to check out the staff were great. Lovely clean room. Tasty breakfast with plenty of choice & topped up regularly.

Great location for getting around to all the main sites. The bed was very comfortable and the room although a bit basic was great. Not too sure about the sound proofing as I could hear suitcases in the corridor and plugs being put into sockets in the room next door. Overall, very happy with my stay.

Breakfast very good. Noisy neighbours at midnight (though this not the fault of the hotel).

This hotel is amazing. The staff was amazing, the room was amazing, and overall of i am to come back to Madrid, I will be staying at this Hotel. Even the valet was amazing. If your in town, you have to come here.

Great location in central Madrid - very close to Mercado San Miguel - but not easy to find! Look for a very small plaque on the right hand side of building number two with the logo MetMadrid. It's then on the second floor number 2c. Very helpful and friendly staff. Spotless, modern room, making the best use of a small space. Comfortable with everything working well - TV, wifi, shower etc. Great value for money.

Great place to stay, my first time in Madrid, Very good location on Gran Via, close to the centre but not too close, and near to metro which was handy; only 30 mins from airport.

Last minute booking and staff were helpful and friendly. We were also able to leave bags after check out while we explored the city on the last day.

Stayed at this hotel for four nights and found it located very conveniently to central parts of Madrid. The standard of the room was great for what I paid and I could not have asked for more. No issues. Staff was helpful and I appreciated that I was allowed to leave my baggage with the hotel after I had checked out. They had a system for that in place that I felt I could trust. Breakfast was pretty good and the coffee was great quality Nespresso. Overall, I would not mind staying here again.
