"No staff at all. Bedroom bare of anything. AC so loud unable to sleep. Bathroom full of hundreds of red ants. Room on 3 rd floor with no lift and nobody to help carry luggage. . No one there at check in check out. I was abused by another guest with no one there to help"

"We stayed in the quad room with our 2 kids and ir was a nice big space and beautifully decorated. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Tiny elevator and room on the 4th floor but we got good exercise."

"The place was good but if your room happens to be close to the reception desk you can hear everything going on right outside your door. Otherwise very close to the train station and not a bad stay for a night "
