"Check in took nearly 45 minutes as there was an Elvis convention, which wasn't advertised on the website when we were booking. So there were alot of people trying to check in at the same time After check in was complete, the never of staff showed us where all the facilities were and booked us into the spa and swimming pool, which was a great enjoyment for the kids Evening meal was great. Ambiance was nice and staff were very helpful"
