"The hotel is old and tired. The directional signage is confusing. Dinner is an awful buffet reminiscent of 70s school dinners. I was advised to not have breakfast. Staff roll their eyes, or, if you enquire about a vegetarian option, quiz you on if you really are a vegetarian. If you aren't, then they tell you the veggie option should have been preordered! They do not check their messages either so if you do message the hotel, no action will be taken."

"Amazing spacious room"

"The carpet had stains, the shower screen had mould and dust on lampshade and creased net curtains. All very minor but if fixed it would be a definite fix star. The amenities and facilities themselves are fantastic. "

"The perfect stay the night before a flight from BHX, although its super close too to NEC and resorts world. Rooms are clean and if you ask they can try to get you room with a runway view. Fully reccomend if you want to take the stress out of flying as you can wake up, cross the rosd and you are in the temrinal. Staff are pleasant and their are good options for both the bar menu and room servicwe."

"Food was OUTSTANDING, as was food service and hotel reception staff. Everyone was so accomodating and friendly. Room was comfortable, location very pretty. Would stay again."

"We didn't need parking as we walked to and from the airport, and we didn't have breakfast. The dining room was good as we didn't want to stay in the room any longer than we need to as it is tiny. It served it's purpose as we needed somewhere to stay for the night. The first room they assigned us was not possible for me to stay in as there was a terrible bathroom odor lingering."

"Nightmare trying to sort out any admin with them. Can't provide invoice, only hotel I have stayed at in last 3 years that can't. Don't use for business travel until they can sort it out."
