"I stayed in the Manor which is across the street from the Casino. The rooms are extremely old and dated. No fridge, microwave, or coffee maker. Walls are paper thin so you can hear everything in the next room. Now if you are going to go to an event at the festival grounds this is the perfect place to stay. If you don’t mind a 15-20 minute walk the Arts District is cool. I am sure if you stay in the main building your experience will be different. My room lock broke and the customer service from the lead housekeeper was nonexistent and when she said she called security to help she didn’t. Security came and said you need maintenance(no duh). "

"Wonderful! However, lines for everything: to check-in, to check-out, to ask a question about parking, to have breakfast at the cafeteria. For a 5-star hotel like this there should be a better way… I also faced a rude attitude from one of the front desk clerks when I made a simple reasonable inquiry about my bill. This makes you feel that you are just one more of thousands of guests and that she don’t really care."
