I have never stayed at a Hilton and not had a continental breakfast included. This one did not. There is a charge for coffee as well. I wish we had known that. There is a pool and a fitness room, and of course you can purchase lunch and dinner. It's a location close to the Strip, but it gets kinda shady outside in the surrounding area. They will automatically charge you for parking even if you don't have a vehicle, so be sure to address that.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was nice I feel for the price I could of done a little better if i shopped around. Only 1 person was at the front desk. I had to pay coffee and water bottles.. Not sure what the other hotels charge or provide, but thought to myself that I would get the bare minimum or coffee and water with my stay. If they want me back, I would ask the to refund me what i paid in these 2 items.

So when we arrived we were greeted by AJay, he was pleasant and helpful. We left the room for dinner came back and realized the deadbolt on the door was broken and only the extra metal flap was keeping the door closed but you could still open our door. We called down to see if we could change rooms but. No one answered around 10pm. We were in room 326. They had teams of students in the 4th floor walking jumping so much noise it kept us up all nigh t10pm -2am and again started around 4am -8am I couldn’t sleep and was there for a one day tournament which left me exhausted. We asked for late checkout and the front desk told us no. Then they had the manager follow up with our complaints and she said for us to contact Expedia for a refund and they would approve it. The room was not safe to be in. The beds and pillows were so comfy, the breakfast was great as well.

Our stay was very nice.The staff was very helpful. The breakfast each morning was excellent. The room was nice, but for an accessible (handicap) room, the bed was very difficult to get into and the toilet was not ADA compliant.

The lobby was bright and very clean. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. All the housekeepers were wonderful and Leah’s had a smile on their faces and would assist in any needs. The room and beds were so comfortable
