"The hotel was easy to get to, parking garage was large and clean. i was disappointed that there was about 10 of us in line and only 2 people at the desk to check us in. I talked to a lady that stays there all the time and she said this is how it always is. "It was very comfortable staying at the New Pioneer. It was small and very convenient for me and my husband who is disable . I especially want to thank the front lobby girl to give us a downstairs room for us. I forgot to request one for us and was able to get one.
