The elevators. We’re not working waited 1 hour to go Down. I had to use the stairs as well with kids and stroller, not that great experiencia, pool hours are not open as it shows online ones i finally found it open some Area where close . Staff where great they did what was on their hands to be able to help out. Room was clean .

Beautiful. Stunning. But had a few minor service issues. 40 people standing in line at 8am for the pool to open. It didn’t. Finally called from my phone and was told new pools hours stated today (Tues after Labor Day) and opens at 9 I explained the website still said 8 and there was absolutely so signage or employees. I was the one to let the other 40ppl waiting. Not a big deal. But I was expecteng the rooms to be out of this world. They were good. Poorly laid out with 25 foot entry hallway past the huge bathroom into the main space. I was looking forward to the approx 500sq ft but about a third of that was the useless hallway. Very low beds and chairs and gorgeous bathroom
