Fantastic pool, yummy breakfast and nice rooms

Breakfast was great-there was a variety of continental food options. Location was great-near Somerset MRT station. Very convenient! There were a lot of malls, shopping centres and plazas nearby. The rooms were clean with all the amenities that you needed-you could ask for more amenities and they would be happy to give it to you without any charge. There was an Indian restaurant and a tandoor downstairs which was perfect for when you don’t understand what you want to eat outside.

We had 4 days at this hotel . The staff and service was excellent . The location was brilliant on orchard rd . Close to shops mrt and buses to get to all we wanted to see . If I visit Singapore again I would definitely use this hotel .

The hotel was nice but our hotel stay was made amazing by Ying Zi Shang of the concierge team. She was extremely welcoming and very easy to talk to, if I wanted to discuss my plans for the day. Our hotel stay would not have been the same without her.

Wonderful, helpful, friendly, efficient staff. Nice touches in hotel too: free laundry (2 items per day), good WiFi, complimentary cold drinks in room and if you run out, always supplied on request. Really liked the free ice cream too! 😊 Highly recommended

Hotel conveniently situated about 25 minutes from airport by taxi for about 20 Singaporean Dollars though can get there by bus in Orchard Road or by MRT. Hotel in side street just off Orchard Road and was quiet. Room was clean, and well provided with Safe, fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Bed comfortable. Breakfast varied and plentiful. Easy access to some of main tourist sites via MRT about 200 metres from hotel. If you like a bit of retsil therapy, well where do you start in Orchard...

The hotel was amazing. We were on the 11th floor. The buffet breakfast was varied and delicious. The room was large and the bathroom clean and spacious. Complementary tea and coffee in the room as well as a tap with filtered water. The service always exceptional. As Expedia customers, we got access to the Executive Club with free drinks, afternoon tea and evening snacks.

Stayed at the Royal Plaza at Scott’s for a weekend whilst visiting family. Hotel is in a great spot just off Orchard Road, close to a MRT stop and there are a number of bus stops very close so the Singapore bus service, which is great, can be used also. The staff I interacted with were very helpful.

Staff were very friendly. Convenient for MRT stations (3 nearby). Very clean. Good breakfast. Disappointing choice of food available from the bar in the evening.

Superb from start to finish with genuine welcome and help with bags to room after long journey, excellent dinner, stunning infinity pool and steam room with gorgeous plantings throughout Whatever we asked for the staff could not have been more helpful

We had a short but excellent stay at the Standard. It is a very modern and well designed hotel with some great amenities including an outdoor pool. Our room was spacious and very comfortable and the hotel offers a free shuttle to the shopping area on Orchard Road which is a nice touch. However it is conveniently situated and only a short walk to the shopping. The staff were all excellent and we can't wait to return.

Always good to return to The Stamford, it's my favourite hotel for the Singapore F1 GP. Good facilities, the Skai Bar and restaurant are very good, with excellent views across the city. The room was spacious, good balcony. Only minor issue was the time it took for hot water to come through, especially with the rain shower. The shopping centre attached has a good range of shops and LOTS of food places to try. I recommend this hotel and will definitely be using it again for next year's GP.

The bed was very comfortable. The room and the bathroom was nice and clean.
