The staff are very guest focus and very attentive. The express lift is a delight and there are 6 lifts so even at busy times your wait for a lift is minimal. Rooms are very well appointed. Beds are very comfy but pillows could be a bit firmer. Concierge staff are really informative and helpful. The courtesy shuttle is a great way to start journeys from the hotel but only runs from 11:00 to 20:00 daily which is a bit limiting.
