Check in process is smooth. Staff prioritised customers” convenience when handling issues arising : Incident 1 - door of first room we checked in was faulty and hotel staff readily changed room so as not to hold us back for lunch. Incident 2- when I needed to go back to the original room to collect a bag I left behind during room change, hotel staff came immediately to open the room.
