Especially, it was very concerning that no one at the front desk after 7 PM. This time, I left my key in the room and couldn't find a front desk staff to help me, Unfortunately, I had to leave for the airport at 6 AM the next morning，but the staff starts work at 10 AM. This meant I would not be able to retrieve my luggage until 10 AM and would have to sleep on the street. I specifically booked a Premier Room for this trip, and on arrival they shoved me into a windowless stuido on the first floor, trying to gaslight me that I was "upgraded" because the shower had in my original room was broken. The room had an own ac unit which was effective. The location is good. Nearest metro station is 500m away and it is easy to get to city centre by bus.
