Clean bedsheets, pillow and towels. Front officer, concierge, cleaner lady are helpful and kind. This hotel located in strategic location in Orchard, easier walking distance to MRT and shopping malls near by. The beds were comfortable, and room was clean and tidy. Reception was also very nice. If any comment : The pool was very nice, but all the airconditioning units were on the roof, making a lot of noise in the pool area. So much you could hardly hear the other person speak.
