"Everything was great. The room only had one outlet. Adding an additional outlet would be helpful. The room is small but well compacted."

"Staff were very helpful and did all they could to make our stay pleasurable. The bar area was fine and the bar staff were helpful. The sea view area at the front was very nice and Comfortable. Whilst the room was decorated, the bed wasn’t comfortable, sofa bed was classified and double bed however it was horrific to sleep on. Breakfast’s price was reasonable, continental option was good but the full English was average ."

"I’ve stayed here many times before. In my opinion this is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in during my visits to Liverpool. It’s in a great location, not too far away from the city centre. Liverpool One is approximately a twenty minute walk away. It’s a nice walk along the dockside. The hotel is lovely and clean and the staff are friendly and really helpful. The rooms are huge with comfortable beds and the facilities are spot on. We sat and had a drink in the bar area and within a few moments we had a member of the staff asking if he could get us any food or drinks and that he would bring them over. We had a couple of drinks before we made our way into the city centre. The staff were very polite and gave us enough time to finish our drinks before they approached us asking if we would like anything else. There are no negatives about this place. Nothing is too much for the staff and we are already planning our next stay at the Titanic Hotel."

"Booked a room for 3, was given one with beds for 2. Hotel blamed hotels.com while hotels.com blamed the hotel. So I spent 2 nights sleeping on the floor. Absolutely no effort was made by the hotel to assist at all. We had to request an extra pillow and quilt for using on the floor as the carpet wasn't clean enough. The bathroom wasn't clean and the toilet seat was broken. Lamp in room also didn't work. Incredibly disappointing start to our holiday. Will never return."

"Daniel on the front desk was amazing, there was also a young lady who helped us with our air conditioning as we were having problems, she then went out of her way to bring us a fan and a bucket of ice for our drinks. The staff are fantastic and nothing is too much for them. Daniel had me in stitches, absolutely cracking personality."
