"When we got there, initially the manager was not very welcoming. Then when we got to the room, it smelled, it looked like it had not been vacuumed-stuff on carpet, the satellite on TV did not work, towels were discolored white, and the tub looked like it needed to be replaced. We called the office 2x and no one answered to ask for ice; my husband found it on his own.
The air conditioner, refrigerator, and microwave did work. Beds were okay."
"We had no hot water in any of the rooms. The kids went to the front office about 3 or 4pm to let them know and the response was to tell the manager between 6 am and 2 pm."
