"Overall good. Room not cleaned first day, phoned reception and they said cleaning may not be done till 4pm - too late for room cleaning in our opinion. Bar staff good, girls who did massages were lovely and very good. Some staff in other areas not quite 100%. Restaurant menu the same every day but food good, our waitress was very efficient and sweet. Would come again - just needs a couple of tweeks"

"This was a really disappointing day. We found the rooms were not very clean very dusty dirty corridors the whole hotel is dated. The problem is the cleanliness. When we had breakfast, the plates were not clean. The whole pool area was dirty. The toilet et cetera were not very nice. Wi-Fi was okay. Breakfast wasn’t great. The milk had gone off in the large container and I told them it had gone off and it took about 20 minutes for them to replace. For a four star hotel, it wasn’t a nice experience. The Jacuzzi was also broken. It was my husband‘s birthday. I put that in the notes I also told staff and they didn’t even bother to wish him happy birthday. "

"This hotel was in a great location (a 10 - 15 minute walk along the beach to the Harbour Arm) and was a delight all round. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was a real highlight. "

"This older (man) staff was not very friendly, efficient, and made many mistakes. Hotel itself had absolutely no sound proof so it was noisy all night and all morning. "

"Hotel was clean and in good condition. Rooms were good and bed sizes were good too - 2 singles were higher than expected. Toiletries were lovely. Would’ve liked to be able to order room service but it isn’t an option for dinner or breakfast. Basic breakfast included was ok. Overall, would stay again."
