Comfortable room, very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. It would have been difficult to find had I not watched the Limelight Arts Travel Hotel Codega video on YouTube. It gives excellent directions from the Rialto Alilaguna stop.

We stayed at the JW Marriott for 4 days and loved every minute. It's a beautiful, clean hotel 20 minutes by boat shuttle service from Venice. The staff can't do enough to help and never said 'no' to any of our requests. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and looked forward to our breakfast each morning. Sitting outside, looking at the trees and sea in the distance with a crisp fresh croissant and a cappuccino was the perfect start to our day. Food was of a high quality, always hot and fresh....

We had a great stay here. My husband , 8 year old daughter and I spent three nights in February. Murano is beautiful and peaceful - plenty of restaurants and it is engaging, with its beautiful glass craft. We were transferred free of charge from the airport to the hotel by boat. The Hyatt also provided a free shuttle boat to Venice . We spent an afternoon walking Venice which was stunning - though very busy. We were after a relaxing break, so we’re happy to return to Murano and to spend most of...

Outstanding small hotel on Giudecca with friendly service, charming rooms and quiet location. Breakfast excellent. A number of good restaurants nearby. Vaporetto services a few hundred metres away.
After many years visiting Venice this is one of the best place we have found for the price and ambiance.

Great location, friendly staff, personal attention, quirky comfortable room. Breakfast overlooking the Grand Canal and the Rialto Bridge was a big treat. I hope to visit again!

A good hotel all round. Staff were very friendly and helpful - with typical ‘Italian’ efficiency! Excellent breakfast - rooms well appointed and clean. What makes this hotel really worthwhile is it is directly next to a valporetto water bus stop - with quick access to bus/train station.

Beautiful hotel & it's in a great location for Rialto Bridge & St Mark's Square so we would highly recommend.
There is a free shuttle bus/water taxi from hotel pier that takes you to Murano where you are shown how they make the Murano glass. You are then shown round a very beautiful but expensive showroom. They then show you to the gift shop if you don't make a purchase but there is no obligation to purchase anything.
Only down side to hotel was that you had to pay to go in the spa (€25...

Perfectly situated for easy walking to St Marco's, Rialto and Fondamente Nove. A very good standard of service and furnishings, with a very adequate breakfast buffet to last most of the day! Friendy helpful staff.

A beautiful hotel. Perfectly located with nice views of a canal from some of the rooms. Plenty of restaurants and shops on the door step. The staff are excellent, friendly and professional making you feel at home amd willing to go the extra mile. The hotel is modern and clean inside as well as being beautifully decorated. The room was spacious and comfortable but also stylish and classically Venician. Breakfast was absolutely delicious.

Amazing hotel! This place really deserves 5 stars! The staff is on point with their service, super friendly and helpful. The location is great as well, 5 min walk to San Marco plaza and 10 min walk to Rialto bridge. It’s also 2 min walk to Sta Maria del Giglio which is the stop that will take you to/from the airport at a cost of 15€ (one way) rather than spending a fortune in a taxi. The hotel was right next to the canal with a nice open square by the entrance. Rooms were lovely and there were tables off the bar/lounge where you could sit and watch the boats go by.
