Honestly quite horrible! Got there and there was no booking for us! Hotels.com told us the hotel sold our room as they got more money from a walk in customer! After 3 hours on the phone hotels.com was not helping us so we ended up having to pay the hotel again we was put in a dirty room with bumpbeds then the next day we had to move rooms. I would not recommend using hotels.com for anything and especially when it comes to this hotel!

The staff are very nice .it was clean .BUT THE BED WAS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. THE SPRING STUCK IN YOUR BACK AND THE BASE WAS BROKEN .WE DID ASK TO GET FIX OR REPLACED BUT THE ONLY THING THEY DID WAS PUT A THROW UNDER BED SHEET. I hope they get the beds sorted as we would go back but not with beds like that.breakfast was ok to .oh we asked other guests staying and they said the same about the beds too .

Very disappointing, no headboard on bed, bathroom flooring not completed to fit the suit, bottom of show not finished. No customer service what so ever.. no even a good morning... breakfast very disappointing.. not even an option to how I would like my eggs cook! Not eaten a fried egg for 20 years. Overall very disappointing
