"Amazing hotel with great staff "

"Location, hotel, and spa all excellent. One major let down though- no air conditioning in the bedrooms. I was given a fan when i queried this, however the fan was far too noisy to be able to sleep. It really was far too hot, and unfortunately this would deter me from returning in the summer season. Otherwise the stay was fantastic!"

"Staff welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful, rooms very clean and tidy, Stayed in Bar area/Restaurant most nights as food and service excellent and very reasonable. Breakfasts beyond compare, overall great, many thanks to all staff."

"This is a great hotel within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The room was large and clean, had a large comfortable bed and a good bathroom. It was also very quiet which is a bonus! Staff were very friendly and informative. Parking was included for an extra charge. We will certainly stay there again when visiting Exeter! "
