Location is convenient as it is just next to BTS station. The air-condition needs to be improved. It is not working well and room gets warm in the afternoon.
I have stayed at the Novotel on Siam Square about 4 times now. I absolutely adore the location- it’s only a few meters from all the major Bangkok shopping malls. Received lovely service from the staff at the pool, Thankyou :)
This hotel is very clean. And the housekeepers maintain my executive suit room very well. The hotel stuffs is very friendly & helpful. Keep it up this excellent service, soon this hotel will be the most popular in Bangkok city.
location was excellent to where pax needed to be....
From the time we checked in till we checked out, the service was excellent. Our deluxe room was spacious and fantastic. The location was also perfect. Citi Centre was just a few minutes walk. The BTS station was right outside our hotel. Superb cleanliness. On the whole, had a awesome holiday staying ...
Overall good. Happy n relaxed stayed. Breakfast had wide spread to choose
Great location as it’s located within a huge shopping mall & near BTS station, hence easy to commute around.
Overall Very Good .Tis was our 3 rd visit Staffs good rooms excellent
Excellent location with a shopping mall just downstairs. Buffet breakfast was good but the coffee tasted bad. The front desk helper was not friendly and didn’t give me a response proactively.
