He can arrange transport and knows the area well. I left my phone in a taxi and he dropped everything to help me, taking charge of the situation leading to me getting my phone back. I can never thank him enough. The gym has sufficient equipment for most work outs and this is on the same floor level as the pool and restaurant. I enjoyed being able to go to the gym, follow with a swim and then sit down to a tasty breakfast. I would recommend you book an early check in if you have an early flight as you will need to wait until 3pm. All in all a great experience for my first time in Bangkok.
