The room door stuck and made quite a screeching noise when opening and closing. Staff were fantastic and really enhanced our stay. Neighbourhood is quiet, couple of minutes walk to the National Stadium BTS station. In fact because of the notorious bad Bangkok traffic, I was walking to and fro from hotel to the malls like Central World, Platinum, Siam Paragon etc. The only thing I hate about this hotel is the frequent slamming of the doors. There's no soft closure installed on the the doors. So you can hear clearly and loudly when every guest enters or leaves their room. Gets worse in the morning during the checkout hour and when the housekeepers starts cleaning up the rooms.
