At last minute I decided to book a hotel nearby Birmingham Airport before an early morning flight out the next day. The hotel is about 1/2 hour away and is set in a quiet beautiful location, so just right for a good night sleep. This hotel has everything you need to enjoy your stay. From food, casino, spa, shopping, lovely outdoor water and staff are lovely too. I usually come here to get a break and relax. The rooms are spacious and relaxing. I would say the parking for VIP needs alot of work and has gone up from £15.00 to £20.00. I have a disability and have to use it due to mobility issues. But if you use the casino or shopping or food, its £3.00 or free. So it doenst make sense. Apart from the parking in VIP...

A weekend to visit our daughter who is at Birmingham University. The room was a little small but cosy and absolutely fulfilled our needs. We were given a top floor room as requested. We arrived at midday but were able to check in straight away. The car park was busy as there was a conference at the hotel that day but we managed to park ok. A lovely country house hotel in a quiet setting but close to good road links to the midlands . Staff were professional friendly and well trained , spacious bedroom was very comfortable and immaculate but a little out of date , food was excellent in pleasant surroundings, parking good . I'd definitely stay again when in the area

Have stayed here on a regular basis and always happy to return , the staff are exceptional , Hamed on reception always professional polite and happy to help , Faz “the legend” is a star in the restaurant and the chefs are amazing , I tried the new menu tonight with a friend and the salmon dish and buttermilk chicken was divine ! Rooms always clean and comfortable , it’s a home from home and nothing is too much trouble

A lovely stay the room was very comfortable and clean very quiet the evening meal was very good it was very convenient just across the road from the airport terminal I have stayed here before and always found it really good I would definitely recommend.

Parking at NCP Birmingham High Street car park at discounted rate of £10.50, ensure you ask for exit ticket. Easy to find, clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good. Complimentary Hot beverages throughout the day near reception. Kitchenette was handy and fridge was convenient. Downside was bathroom sink was slow to drain and waste hole was so dirty. Fantastic Hotel in the centre of Stratford. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. We stayed in room 706 which was a Premium King room which was huge and had all the amenities you could ask for. Snacks & drinks (including beer and cider) in the room all included in the price. Will definitely return. Great value for money.

Lovely warm and welcoming pub/hotel. Staff very welcoming and friendly.Only slight problem is that it took 45 minutes for breakfast to arrive; good job we weren't in a hurry to go somewhere! Brilliant location right in the centre of Stratford

Clean, modern, easy check in process

We shared a family room and stayed for 1 night. We loved the swimming pool and the messages from the maids were a nice touch. Friendly staff and fab breakfast. Would definitely stay again!
