"My husband and I had a lovely stay at the hotel, which is very modern and felt fresh and new. Pets are allowed but I requested a room not used by pets and was allocated a room on the 4th floor. Check in was quick and easy, the room was clean, modern and comfortable. Lovely bathroom with a good sized shower. We used the bar which is 24hours and was nice to spend an hour or two in the evening. Breakfast was plentiful with a great continental selection and scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon, sausages, beans and tomatos on the hot side. Special thanks to Daniel who was extremely professional and helpful on reception and serving us at the bar. All staff that we came into contact with were polite. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recomemnd if you are in the area."

"This hotel is absolutely superb. Room enormous, bed comfortable, well appointed, beautiful decking area and view out of the patio doors across the lake. Staff all very professional and friendly, breakfast pretty good, afternoon tea pretty good. I'd have liked a bit more choice at breakfast as a vegetarian: boiled eggs and marmite, some more vegetables? All a bit greasy. Also more cereal options? Afternoon tea would be better with home made scones! Spa excellent, pool area wonderful, treatments amazing. Gym facilities very good, and really helpful opening at 5am! Thanks, super all round."

"This was a cute and small lodge located close to the university! The woman at the desk was very friendly and able to give us a map and good tips about how to see things around the town. One of my favorite places we got to stay!!"

"This is a nice hotel. They serve a great breakfast including options for gluten free and vegan. The bed was comfortable yet I thought the pillow was hard, but the staff found me a more comfortable pillow instead. They are very helpful. It is a short walk to the Oxford bus system and that made it very easy to get into the city center. I would easily stay here again!"
