I couldn't even wash my hair. Also we were only given one towel for a double room and had to ask for more toilet paper as we were only given half a role. For the price I feel we got what we paid for, but now know to spend a bit more in the future"

"Stayed here a few time and always found the owner friendly polite and helpful ,doesn't do evening meals but you just walk to the quay and it takes 3minutes and you have the restaurants pubs. The breakfasts are large you would not starve .

"The apartment was perfect, it had everything needed plus more. Very clean and beautifully decorated, loved the turtles. The welcome pack was lovely especially the rum cake! Sally was really helpful from the very start. We had an amazing week there, it just wasn’t long enough. Our last night there was perfect with the fireworks and live music along the harbour, the atmosphere was unbelievable. We will definitely be back as there was so much more for us to do that we didn’t have time for. "
"An excellent location and the directions provided by the host were spot on. In a beautiful peaceful location and a stones throw from the harbour front. Once inside the property we were not disappointed. Spotlessly clean and the welcome book included all the details we needed, not only about the accommodation but also suggestions for restaurants and bars all within walking distance. "The Anchorage is a great place to stay. It's a few steps away from the quayside and is well served by restaurants and pubs. Our room, Rm4, was extremely clean and well equipped with a fridge, coffee and tea making facilities, hair dryer, soft towels and quality bed linen. We will definitely rebook if we come to Poole again."

"Quiet street next to a busy quay area. First we received an amazing instructions for the check in and parking via email. House and parking was easy to find and. Everything was clean and the room had everything you might need for a weekend stay. Minibar was a nice touch, bed was comfy and the bath relaxing. We would not hesitate to recomend. Thank you!"
