"2 visits 2 different treatments first was great second time completely confusing couldn’t provide the same treatment on our second visit."

"Radisson Blu is my hotel of choice- however the Durham hotel is a little jaded and in need of refurbishment - my room was comfortable and spacious but there was no fridge and the headboard on the bed showed signs of wear. The pillows were also lumpy and past their best."
